Pros

Great health benefits, 401(k) matching contributions, 3 paid vacation weeks a year, Gym on site, unlimited sick time, family lunches twice a week, multiple employee recognition awards (10) every month worth $250 each. There are ten employees who have been here over 15 years and they each were awarded a 100% paid vacation to Europe. There are eleven employees who have been here over 10 years and were awarded watches.

Cons

The open plan office concept can be a little loud - but there are options available to move to a quiet area.

Pros

Some good coworkers and the company contributes generously to health insurance costs although the health insurance provider (BCBS) is the pits. Long hours expected and minimal time off.

Cons

***Employee discrimination - There is no annual review process and only employees who are in the 'club' get annual raises, noone else does. Anyone not in the 'club' can expect to have the same salary for years due to no salary increases or cost of living adjustments. -A few drama queens in the office make life miserable for most everyone else. -Unprofessional executive who cusses not only in front of employees but also clients which is quite embarrassing for employees who are trying to give a professional image in front of clients. Many employees have left because of this particular executive. -The executives came up with a list of values for employees to follow yet not only does top management NOT follow the values themselves, they reprimand certain employees when the do follow certain values. -Beware that you will be reprimanded if you ask a question to an employee in another dept. -The company claims to have plans to grow but they are losing employees faster than they can hire new ones.
