Pros

The company in general is a great opportunity to not only help people but be compensated well at the same time. You get to problem solve as a team and create your own clientele. Company matched 401K, mediocre health benefits and they provide you with the uniform in the beginning of training.

Cons

Sales Tactic can be intense especially with training when you know your good but the company has every store fixate on the script heavily and specific standards. They won't blame the walk-ins that come in because it falls on you if you don't make your goal consistently. If you don't meet certain metrics, which changes each month more or less, they will require you to do more intense training and may even release you from the company. Some stores have it way easier than smaller stores, which management is totally aware of, and will blame you for your store failing in a low income area.

Pros

The Good Feet Store is an amazing company, that really cares for and values their employees. Senior leadership and the administrative team are always there to support the staff and provide us with all of the tools that are necessary to succeed. There is also great opportunity for growth within the company. I have been with the Good Feet Store for just 5 years, starting as a Sales Consultant and working my way up the chain to being the District Manager. Everyone that i work with are great and always willing to help where needed. Unlike some other companies, there are no office politics. I have been in sales for 15 years, in various industries and this is by far the most rewarding product i have ever sold. Another great thing is that we are open bankers hours, 10-6 m-f and 12-4 sun. Great. Base pay of 31K, with a wonderful commission and bonus structure, that gives you the opportunity to atleast double that, or more. Overall this is a wonderful company to work for and i will be here for as long as im able to be.

Cons

Not many cons to be honest. This is retail sales, so depending on the person this can be a con. Again, you are given every tool you need to succeed, but at the end of the day, its still sales and you have to put in the work. Another thing that could be a con is having mandatory weekends. but they are short hours on sunday and out by 6 on saturday.
