      Great work life balance. Not micromanaged!

      Cons

      Super low pay compared to other companies. Raises are also low. A lot of meetings for no reason. Heavy workload can cause burnout especially if not compensated fairly .

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
