Pros
Salary was good, fellow employees sincere and try hard to get their jobs done.
Cons
Long hours, excessive meetings and interuptions to work and excessive reports that take time away from primary responsibilities. This company is paranoid - the AVP micro manages everything from behind the scenses and works thru intimidation. Work in this dept only if you like looking over your shoulder, no sleep and would like an ulcer.
