      Leadership walks the talk and lead by example Culture is real and lived daily-not just words Employees are rewarded for their contributions People are awesome Great pay and benefits Great facilities After 15 years; 4 roles across 2 business units- wouldn’t ever want to leave.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
