Pros

Clinic and great cafeteria on premises. The setup is such that there is a support network available for representatives that get situations that they aren't prepared for. Pay and benefits are reasonable.

Cons

If you get a bad supervisor, HR will not have your back. There is constant employee shuffling, so if you have a good team one month, you might have a poor group that you have to work with the next.
