Management - don’t talk to you until there’s an issue and blame RBT for issues Low pay for level of work Spent more time cleaning the clinic than doing programs Switched kids around so much that it is upsetting for kids and parents I was working in-home and with a child who did not have many reinforcers in the home and had trouble getting him to engage in activities but was trying. Instead of getting additional training I was told to figure it out and I didn’t feel my supervision was helpful as the BCBA would just sit there. I was trying to not force the child to do anything he didn’t want to while also doing the program but when I brought up my perspective is what pushed down and not listened to. This company is not good ABA.
