Great learning experience: *Horizontal organization, with relatively frequent discussions with the team (MDs and Associates) *High involvement of the interns in the projects: Interns are provided with a quite comprehensive context of their work and are often taken to meetings with potential targets and bankers 2. Interesting and varied work with good amount of responsibility and autonomy 3. Good work environment: *Welcoming, friendly and easy to reach people * Everyone knows everyone and on the first name basis 4. Good work/life balance 5. Great offices: Spacious and in an amazing area of Paris
Cons
Internship non-convertible to permanent position (as of the date of this review), which can be a con or not (depending on what you are looking for) Besides that, I see no major cons if you know what Invus does, you want to do it, and you are ready to do it.
