Pros

I really liked the Judge Group. They gave me health benefits through Google after staffing me there for a year contract, although it took three months, as well as 401K matching offered at a certain point late in the year (maybe they just added it then). They also took the clause out of my contract that would have prevented a direct hire when the year is up, after I asked, with no quabble, which I really appreciated. The onboarding was thorough and attentive, time sheets were easy, and they provided constant support throughout the year. I had a number of holidays off, though not as many as Google, of course. They also passed on Google's education compensation, I think, as I received $5000 towards my masters program, which I could have also spent on Coursera or other online education (I think high speed internet through Google was also a part of it, so it might have been from the client). Compensation was also fairly fair, $55/h for the role. I don't know what the client paid them. They also have a number of good jobs on their site. I'm going now to apply for another role there.

Cons

Just a few minor off-boarding issues, barely worth mentioning. I returned my work laptop and kept a screenshot of the receipt. I recommend you do this to avoid any issues. Judge emailed several times asking if I returned it. Each time I sent the receipt, saying it was received at the dock. The laptop had a tracking number, so Google should have known that I returned it. There was a slight discrepancy about my end date. My manager and I thought it was the end of the year, but it was actually supposed to be January 9th. I stopped work at the end of the year, but got email reminders to turn in more time sheets, and then on the 11th Judge Group emailed that my end date until the 9th of January as per my contract, (I checked but didn't see it on there). I would recommend just reaching out beforehand to find out your exact end date. But Judge took care of it on their end. They just said my end date and my last date paid would end up being different, and to note the exact date for certain records.

Pros

Great company to work for. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Judge Group!

Cons

Some of the larger accounts moved a bit slower than normal - but great sales people were usually able to push clients for feedback/next steps in a timely manner.
