Pros
Umm...I'd say the one real pro was the opportunity to meet a lot of equally dissatisfied co-workers that have become life-long friends
Cons
Real reverse sexism via power trips, Toxic management culture, no privacy. I mean, we are talking real lawsuit material here thanks to the sub-cultures that have popped up in the Southeast, Rhode Island and Northern (Methuen/Lawrence) Areas. I cannot speak for the other regions for better or for worse. I am now a freelance journalist, thanks in part to working for companies like this throughout my 20s. Here's one piece of anecdote: within a month of working in the RI region, I was quite aware of managements' meetings designed to point out all of the negatives of other staff and their employees. Is this method of discourse, oh I'm sorry "Team-Building", supposed to help by seeing whether the discriminated staff is able to cope with said ostracism and transcend from the ashes? :)
