Most of the people I worked with were very pleasant. The hours were good and I enjoyed getting to know people from other cultures.
Cons
The equipment and programs we used were mostly outdated. Two members of the team could not get along. A third person that worked there would walk in look around leave and think she knew what was going on and suggest policy changes that often did not work. She did not work in our department and should not have been able to do that. One woman would scream at the interpreters when they could follow the directions she gave them and most of the employees tried to blame the newest person for all the mistakes.
