The founder is absolutely electric - was a college basketball coach, team motivation is off the charts. Demands excellence and holds everyone including himself to a high standard. Product is delicious and healthy too :)

As of when I was there, could be a bit of a boys club… but I think that has changed. And even then I don’t think it was ever a real issue honestly. Startup energy isn’t for everyone. I thrived but I know people who burned out quickly…just be aware it’s still in startup mode.

Product is cool and unique and in the beginning it was actually a very nice company to work for. Wish it stayed like that.

Worked for this company for 2 years, and in the beginning it was great. Awesome culture and amazing benefits in the beginning, but once the owner started bringing in people from Coca Cola it all went downhill. They tried to make it corporate, and the current employees at the time liked the small company feel. There were massive failures on the leadership ends that were blamed on the lower level employees and then they had the audacity of lay off the majority of them out of the blue… Such a slap in the face, especially since a large portion of them were there from the beginning. Not to mention: the owner has a bit of a sketchy past… Never sat right with me. I’m very happy I left on my own accord.
