      Pros

      Great co-workers. Nice establishment and busy tourist town.

      Cons

      Owners and management that won't listen to ideas. Constant turnover of staff in all departments as a result. Owners and management treat their staff like garbage. They have no idea how to run an Inn properly.

      long hours physically exhausting work management sometimes unprofessional (ie. lost temper)
