Pros

Little work required, low standards. but you won't be kept forever. Friendly people, but too much work, so everyone slacks. Retirement plan is amazing, but less than 5% of people are eligible.

Cons

You must be a MORMON to succeed here. All of the top execs are Mormons, that's who they want to hire, and that's who they want to promote. Don't think they won't question you about religion / values. You will be required to publicly pray and discuss God's influence on your life and career. Pay is roughly 40% of the market. So they get the dregs, who shirk, and others must pay the price for low standards. Company is in financial trouble, borrowing from Pension without notifying shareholders, CEO from a few years ago was a criminal who stole from the company. Nothing was reported to state or feds, company covered it up but is in dire straits. Cuts are being made left and right, so that little support remains for producers or staff. Currently on 3rd CEO in 18 months.

Pros

Julie and Allen are awesome.

Cons

Scott Kennedy was a monster. He would leave early and call my desk at the end of the day to make sure I stayed behind. He treated me as a SF admin and an assistant. Nothing was ever good enough no matter how much time or effort I put into the smallest things. They got rid of him though, I was okay with the position here, though the SF instance was new at the time and didn't really seem like a necessary expense for a company that size. I fuzzily remember being worried about HIPPA compliance. I ended up leaving because I could not work remotely. I had a baby girl in daycare and alot of my time was spend commuting, like 3 hours a day on top of the 40 hour work week. 65k is average to low for a SF admin with a year experience, so I moved to a company that bumped me up 40k and let me work remote full-time.
