Pros
The people here are genuinely the best part of the company, especially my team. I joined as an intern and was converted to a full-time role, and from day one they’ve been incredibly supportive. Even as an intern, they invested significant time and effort into my training.
My managers are very easy to work with and not overbearing. As long as I deliver on my responsibilities, they trust me to handle things independently, which makes me feel both valued and respected. While things can get busy (of course), I’ve always felt supported as my team and managers will offer help and support to offload my plate.
Another plus is the flat hierarchy and the level of exposure given, even at a junior level. I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in discussions around performance management, conflict resolution, and broader organizational decisions. I don’t always agree with every decision (which is normal), but leadership is open to feedback and willing to explain their thinking. There have been times where sharing my perspective changed the final outcome, which made me feel that my voice genuinely matters.
As long as you deliver, there’s a strong culture of trust and you're given the autonomy to manage your responsibilities.
Cons
The company is growing rapidly, which means there are frequent structural and process changes. It can feel overwhelming at times as you’re constantly adjusting and keeping up with new ways of working. Those who prefer a more stable, well-defined structure might find this challenging.
Additionally, while leadership is open to feedback and willing to explain their decisions, it doesn’t always mean those decisions will change. While I appreciate the transparency and rationale provided, there are still times where I may not fully agree with the direction taken.
