The down side is the long hours and the weekends that you have to work, but being dedicated and determined, and apply disaplin and it makes it hard to really care about how many hours you work a week.

Staff is friendly; management is honest and fair; residents and family members are kind and grateful for the care they receive

Pay is only average for the area; there is often employee drama in the facility that creates conflicts between co-workers, but this is normal
