      Pros

      Fantastic team. Great skills and nice people. Family atmosphere and friendly. Independently owned, so not at the mercy of Group decisions. Financially sound, with lots of long-term clients (some going back fifteen years). Growing fast and winning business.

      Cons

      Sometimes tight deadlines, but not so unusual for the creative business/industry.
