Pros
Maverick is a truly brilliant place to work. The staff are super friendly which helps Maverick maintain that close-knit, family feel - this comes from ownership, senior management, right through to junior staff - with all lending a helping hand on projects and general support in and out of work.
As a junior member of staff I had fantastic exposure to ownership and senior management which was invaluable and something you don't experience in agency life (especially in London). This exposure allows you to clearly lay out your career path within the organisation also.
The scopes of work are wide-reaching and Maverick pride themselves on exceptional performance which is evident in the attitudes of the employees. That being said, there is a great social culture at the company with regular socials and get-togethers which are always a good time.
You can tell when a company is 'getting it right' by looking at the length of stay of employees, and Maverick has some of the longest serving employees I have ever come across which is a true reflection on the company and those who work within it.
It is an exciting time at Maverick which new clients being won all the time, I'm looking forward to seeing how the company grows in the future!
