There is never a boring day with many chances to try many things within the company. The technical team (CTO to field technicians) are a blast to work with. Very much a team environment.

Work load can be heavy at times and being on call 24/7 could be overbearing at times.

The 2009 review was accurate - about when I got there. However, the three owners were put aside, all new C-level management was brought in, all new products were created, new patents filed and granted, new markets targeted and new sales staff hired. It became a completely different company. The management was supportive. The salaries are average but the benefits are excellent. The workload could be heavy but the staff was very supportive and flexible hours allowed for balance in work/family.

As a re-imagined startup, the workload could be heavy. The company was in in transition when I left.
