Pros

The CEO wants to create a positive culture and she rewards her staff with fun events and time off.

Cons

A lot of drama comes from execs and other senior staff. Goals and pay plans are changed after being agreed on and you can lose out on commission or bonuses. A few execs and senior staff are known to gossip about employees they seem to not like. There are a few senior employees and execs whose behavior would not fly at other companies. The culture started changing for the better but then took a big hit with Covid-19. We worked remote for a few months then had to go back onsite two days a week with three days off. Some were told they had to take salary cuts to continue work from home. We had safety concerns but were not heard. It was too stressful and a number of ppl did not feel safe. Also keep an eye on this page. When a bad review is posted it looks like several five-star reviews are posted to hide the bad ones or push them to the next page. Do people only post reviews in August and January? Reviews with just two sentences and no cons all at once. Def read back a few years bc Midtown is concerned with its image and someone said they have some sort of communications crisis committee watching review sites. Sad this is a priority but other things were not.

Pros

Kristina has been my point of contact since I started with Midtown. She's very responsive and helpful! On-boarding with Midtown was a smooth process. Great experience so far!

Cons

My only critiques is we should have had holiday pay for Juneteenth.
