The Mold Pros is a wonderful company to work for. The owners truly care about their clients and their employees. They have spent countless hours to develop a product and process that provides the optimal results. They go out of their way to support their employees as well.

There is no downside to working for The Mold Pros.

You learn a lot about mold and the construction industry. My immediate manager was lovely.

There is no training, The standards are set where you are not supposed to meet them that way they never have to pay you commission or give you a raise. There were supposed to be check ins that never happened even though I kept asking for the tools on how best to perform the job. I asked many times for simple KPI standards and they could never give them to me (LY,PEAK TIMES, top sales). Whenever I asked these questions I was told they would let me know. They also don’t give a full description of the position so when they make you do this job and you don’t have a general manger they keep your pay at the low amount but make you do everything a general manger does. Extremely high turnover in the 1st 45 days I was there out of the 18 or so employees nationwide at least 4 quit or got let go, and this was over Christmas. They don’t trust their employees even though they hirer good people. Lastly they have a leak in their system, someone will pretend to be one of the CEO’s and get your personal number and try to get you to get gift cards. Even though they knew about the problem they give no warning or training then make you pay back the money out of YOUR paycheck. Long story short, avoid this company at all cost.
