      Pros

      Decent benefits and a generous time off policy.

      Cons

      If you're not one of their advisers they really won't care much about you. They used to care about all the employees but now they only cater to the advisers (including those that can't do their jobs) while the rest of the company does just as much to run the ship. Sure, they'll pat you on the back and give you verbal accolades, but that will never translate into promotional opportunities or monetary compensation. If you get a bonus, assume the adviser gets 10x or more above and beyond yours regardless of how much effort you put in compared to them. Below average 401k match. No growth opportunity.

      Pros

      competitive salary for the area, great hours, convenient location for commute. For a large company you feel like one family.

      Pros

      Small company, most offices consist of 2-4 people. Great balance with personal/work life. Flexible schedule if needed. Very generous vacation time 5 wks yr, along with 6 personal days. CSM's receive a small percentage of their salary bonus in December. Which is nice, not all companies include their support staff with bonuses.

      Cons

      The pay for CSM's isn't very much, considering the amount of work they put forth. The advisors job is to sign the client up. After that....all client requests go to the CSM, they are who really work with the client and speak with them regularly and make sure we are satisfying their needs. There also isn't room for growth unless you're interested in becoming an advisor or work at the corporate office.
