Sexist, dont care about work life balance, hypocritical Sr management, dont background check well enough. Hired a convicted sex offender who was inappropriate with the young female members of staff. One GMs was drunk all the time, they refused to acknowledge there was an issue for almost a year ended up moving him to another location in another state instead of handling the issue. Another manager was caught on several occasions naked in the manager office with his girlfriend and was on the roof of the building doing drugs with several documented staff complaints about his irratic unlrofessional behavior, only got fired when he gave away free food that was not accounted for. Another GM defrauded a past employer, had several news articles published about his fraud but was still hired then proceeded to leave before the resturant was even open every day and had no idea how to do anything in the pos system also stole cash and was seen on camera stealing the cash. Shifts run 10 to 15 hours 5 to 6 days a week on property additional hours spent at home doing admin work or offsite weekly doing marketing and handing out "swag bags" to hotels. Offer little to no training. You will spend a week in Denver bartending as managerial preparation.
