Pros
There is nothing that is positive about The One Group (STK).
Cons
There is no proper training, the hours are extremely long, there is "NO QUALITY OF LIFE", they have 100% management turnover. The longest tenure for a manager at any level is about 1 year. No room for growth and management is continually under staffed which equates to ridiculous hours (75-80hrs minimum weekly).
