      There are some great staff and people at OSU. Great work is being done there.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there are people in positions that have no business being in them and are not fit. Patients are not always at the center like they should be.

      100% subsidized health and dental insurance. Retirement plans through OPERS.

      Cons

      The pay should be higher, can't make changes to retirement withholdings after 90 days.
