Pros
Very fast at making changes or fixing mistakes, HR is always free to talk with people and hosts company events frequently. Always pays on time, large bonuses... you can easily double your base salary. No consequences for being late, pretty understanding of people's lives. Clear KPIs and expectations given which my previous company didnt give me so no one ever knew what they were meant to focus on.
Cons
ops team leads are not very respected by anyone, they don't have the courage to speak to other mangers so GDs are better off speaking to them directly. they even get commissions for the GD work when they havent done anything for it.
