Pros
A phenomenal team. The Oxbridge Formula is a small organisation that is trying to achieve a lot - and this is possible due to the outstanding teamwork from every member of the team. Although remote, there is a zoom co-working culture, so you really feel like you get to know your colleagues. I have also just learnt so much and developed so many skills working there.
Cons
If you're not from an Oxbridge background yourself, your learning curve will be slightly steeper, although I think the staff onboarding process around this has got a lot better since I joined!
