Pros

Paid weekly, meet cool customers/coworkers/managers from other stores. Paid time off (if you can actually schedule it)

Cons

Underpaid, impossible to find decent employees that want part time, very small labor hours given to employees, rude customers, no personal life. District managers and up only seem to care about less important things.

Pros

the only thing pro for this company is that you never miss a paycheck.

Cons

This company treats all their employees as dispensable. You can be there 30 years and they can fire you without remorse. I have seen the injustice, the discrimination many of the higher level personnel display towards the lower level working individuals. They are so despicable, they will set an employee up in order to force them out the door. They use unothodox methods of termination. If they want to get rid of you they will use any means necessary to do so and the sad part is that you will never know what hit you. The pay should be better due to the enormous amount of work you put in day to day, but it isn't. Managers can start at $30,000 to $40,000 and thats with experience. Don't count on the bonuses. They rarely pay them and they implement so many rules that it makes it hard to achieve. And raises? if they think you deserve one they will give you a $ .25 for employees and up to 3% for managers. Most of the time they find excuses and use all your flaws so that they won't have to pay you a dime. If you are not sucking up to higher level personnel, then forget moving up the ladder. You will find yourself years down the road doing the same position.
