      Pros

      100% Remote Work Supportive and transparent Culture I read the reviews on Glassdoor during the interview process and I thought to myself the cons were pretty typical so I was not deterred. Upon being hired much to my shock and delight management had taken tangible steps to address every single con on the list; I have NEVER seen that before. We are a match made in heaven!

      Cons

      Smaller company so you work 10 hour days to meet job/company productivity goals but management tries to be flexible when you have appointments during work day The health benefits are quite expensive but that is pretty much true for any smaller company

      Pros

      Great employees - never met someone I didn't vibe with. Always exploring new ways to solve problems, not stuck in same ways Flat organization - your voice is heard and taken seriously for feedback and growth

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to balance client work depending on workload, need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes direction can change and make goal attainment difficult
