PTO policy is outdated and below the market (Standard in the market is 3 weeks. TPG offers 2 weeks)
Salaries are not consistent within any given role. Some people are paid at or above market while others are way below. Raises are generally doled out more generously to a favored few.
If you come in at a junior level, it’s very hard to be seen as anything other than junior regardless of your contributions
Unless you are one of the “favored” your voice and ideas is rarely heard or taken seriously.
Mistakes might be forgiven but they’re never forgotten unless you are a favorite.
Over time the company has begun to place less and less value on creativity. It’s all about process.
Men and women are treated differently in the company. It’s not intentional but it is a fact.
