Owner/President is an issue - Team Lead The Perfect Freight Source Employee Review

They lied about several things during my interview. The owner has his own picture hanging on the employee of the month board. From what i could tell people dont make it more than a few months here because of the owner. He is combative and an egomaniac. He takes advantage of his hourly employees and they are expected to constantly work after hours for no compensation. The computers and technology to perform your job are severely lacking. Overall the worst employment experience I have ever had in over 20 years.
