Pros
This is the job that I've written about in papers and did not even realize it until I was hired. There is a constant flow of health, academic, and social-emotional that is all centered on the child and family. If there is a problem, we talk about the problem, talk about solutions and actually test out whether our solution works. It is a place where you're not hired to work because this is where you want to be and you know that you are part of a work family at The Primary School. Yes, there is a lot of work but what we are doing here is new and we want to be sure that we are doing everything with integrity. My manager is amazing and provides the feedback for you to get better as an educator (also as a person). This is the place to be and I am proud to work here.
Cons
Lots of work, but always a work in progress.
