Pros

These guys are professional Frauds they have registrations under principle rpo, theprinciplegrp for running scams in US and they have Revolution IT Services in India for running their scams. Anyone and everyone who see’s their website and linkediN page will never be able to figure out that they are PROFESSIONAL FRAUDSTERS unless you give them Money for RPO services and taste the bitterness of being cheated. They even don’t pay salaries to the employees in India and many ex-employees have filed court cases against them here in India and a few Law Suits have been filed against them in the US as well.

Cons

Unqualified individuals, including local goons from Noida, are working here as managers. They lack the necessary knowledge but still hold managerial positions.

Pros

World class management with highly understanding managers. Specially their incentive and bonus plans. Loved working at The Principle Group . So far the best thing I came across is their fully paid trips for their employees every quarter. Kudos to every colleague for making every day a memorable one!!

Cons

Nothing that I can say was wrong. Everything's perfect.

Pros

Can't think of any at all.

Cons

Admin/HR people are seemingly incompetent. 1. Didn't take state income tax out after a couple of checks. Just enough that I didn't realize. 2. Was never able to send me anything by US Mail. 3. First W2 was wrong. Tried to tell me that I worked in a state 1,500 miles away. 4. Second W2 seems to have never been reported to Federal government. I am trying to unwind that now. 5. Agreed to one rate until I was committed. Then, 'found' that they couldn't meet those terms and had to re-negoitiate. Months after I left, they requested 'proof' of my education for their records. This was 3-4 months after I left the employ.
