They're passionate and with passion comes animosity at times but it's normal brother behavior and never spilled over onto the employees. Networking experience, lots of travel, event attendance, good coworkers as long as they stick around. CrossFit gym is easily accessible.

Long hours when traveling for events but no overtime pay. Everyone was treated poorly by senior level executives (all of whom are brothers, by the way). Lots of yelling in the office, conflicting ideas from CEO and the President lead to blowout arguments and uncomfortable meetings. Little room for change and nearly no room for growth. High turnover rate - average tenure around 6 months. Anyone who lasts longer is considered a "veteran" but burns out quickly. Very little female presence in the office due to sexual harassment and poor treatment. At one point during my tenure the most amount of women working there at one was 5 - out of nearly 30! Quickly dissolved to 4, 3, now 1. Gender equality is a minimum, as is racial equality. Little to no room to grow. Management's priorities vary depending on which brother you talk to.
