      The teams can be nice and HR (Backoffice) is great

      Cons

      The salary is completely awful. After finishing an apprenticeship there I was offered 32.000€ p.a. -> almost all other jobs I applied for paid atleast 10.000 more, most more towards 20.000. You also have really bad work life balance.

      Home office options and flexibility

      Cons

      The company is growing unsustainably. No effort at management. No communication. No team feeling. The products are pure chemicals targeted at people with body dysmorphia.
