there are extremely talented doctors in this practice, some of the best in the country and are very easy to talk to and help you understand more about the medical history behind the diagnosis you get bonuses for travel you can have as much overtime as you want you have several bosses and some are really great and pump you up and educate you and train you in may different fields there are 16 locations that you will work at most of these which is nice because its always different and you don't see the same people everyday there are many departments you may work in if one is not right for you

the hours are crazy, you can work 32 hours a week or 50 without notice you may start at 6 am or 12. impossible to make plans in your personal life you have several bosses and some can be very intimidating and talk down to you regularly you can see as many as 100 patients for 1 doctor regularly and some times you will be short staffed they don't do great with start pay or raises but do recognize hard work
