Pros
The company is very family oriented. Many of the employees have been there a long time. The people are, honestly, fabulous and many are positively brilliant. The accrual of PTO related to overtime was a fantastic bonus. Employer definitely minded toward employee wellness
Cons
Typical consulting of feast or famine. This can mean long work weeks and directives related to utilization when things are slow. You can, if not careful, work yourself out of a social life. The organization was also very top heavy at the time - many chiefs, few Indians. This may have changed.
