Pros
-Company benefits are good (including staff meals, appreciation week, quater review with food, etc.)
-The HR team is responsive and really addresses staff needs
-Staff rest areas are nice, got a gym, and a room to take a break.
Cons
-The F&B department is really tiring and sometimes insufficient staff to work, sometimes it might be so busy
-2 days off per week, but might hold one day from the manager, and have to be on call for calling back for work on that day. Cannot arrange rest time properly
-Working hours are long in the FNB department.
