Pros
Great company with strong leadership from the co-CEOs and friendly, embracing culture. Hard work but without “face time”, there is strong drive to succeed but with respect for the individual. Good people.
Cons
While US funds are good and well-performing, Europe has been disappointing. Pay is ok but not market-leading; however, there are many non-monetary perks and work-life balance is better than average.
