The manager puts employees on the spot and ridicules an employee in front of everyone. I constantly see employees crying due to the amount of stress and intimidation from management. To feel that your going to be reprimanded as if like your going into the principles office is not a good feeling. Hearing others say they dread to see a certain manager arrive to work because you never know when your next to be put down.
