Pros
Faculty and staff are well compensated, respected, and kept informed of administrative and board decisions and information. We are given autonomy and our expertise is trusted. We are not micromanaged. Ample vacation time, even for full-time employees, and benefits are top-notch. During Covid we were kept safe, and our jobs remained. It was a truly great place to be.
Cons
The school maintains a very lean staff, so each employee "wears many hats" (a common phrase at the school), work-life balance may be difficult to achieve during certain times of the year.
