The senior management team is brilliant and cares deeply about the company's mission SAFE's nonprofit arm is activity helping thousands of people with chronic infections at a time when HIV among teen girls is up 24% in the past 2 years (CDC) The company values creativity and is always open to new ideas from employees at any level. The management team has proven to be nothing by fair, respectful and honest at each step of the way during my 2 years with the company

Its a startup and it would be nice to get paid more (which is looking pretty eminent)
