Pros

Only real pros of working here is that Equipment is provided, working from home and that they use Slack for at least some easy communication.

Cons

Incompetent and negligent management, the mangement team wouldn't respond until near the end of the day or after you've logged off at night. Was extremely passive aggressive with even the most mundane of work-related topics and the management team are more of a "Clique" instead of a team to help out and lead agents. You'll be passed from pillar to post with clients that don't even match your skillset to your CV, with barely any training nor support from managment team. Also the staff turnover is immensely high. This is the only job I've had where it has negatively impacted my mental health. Not worth the 18k per year. Also, they do not have a dedicated HR department. Which should be a major red flag.

The SaaSy People Response

Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback. I wanted to respond to the items you mentioned, firstly our management team are available 24x7, we have daytime, evening and overnight management in place for weekdays & weekends - I noticed your review status is "Former Employee" so it's highly likely you left before we implemented the overnight manager a few months ago. Secondly, you mention training - this is a key pillar of our business and one that 98% of the business agreed was "Excellent" in our last Pulse survey completed at the end of December 2021, in the previous Pulse survey in September 2021 94% rated it "Excellent" so it's something we're tangibly tracking. Finally, your comments on staff turnover are completely unfactual, our employee churn rate for 2020 was below 3.5% - again another metric we pride ourselves on. We of course wish you every success in your future career!

Pros

One of the more human yet corporate jobs you can get. The team is lovely and the workload is manageable. Pay is fair for being fully remote in my opinion. I've been here a while and can say I feel safe and comfortable working here. The management team are lovely and try their absolute best to support you in every way they can. No usual office passive aggression and awful micromanaging, the teams find a happy balance between working hard and building each other up. Really love our teams as a whole, we have some lovely people working here which make everything brighter. Laptop kit provided by the company. Fully remote. An actually diverse environment with people of all types of identities, where we can all work without the worry of bias, which is so great.

Cons

If I had to pick: very minimal progression available, unless you're happy to wait years. While the workload is minimal, certain colleagues refuse to pull their weight which can make more work for the rest of the team.

Pros

Nice flexibility working remotely. Range of different accounts to get trained up on and work for. Good managers that you're able to communicate with honestly about any concerns. Nice team, everyone is welcoming and willing to help support you.

Cons

A lot of accounts to be trained up on, feels like it takes longer to 'perfect' an account as you can be split between many and have a lot of different routines to remember. But you do eventually get into the swing of things. Pay isn't great - saw on here some people get paid different things for the same job? Not sure how true that is, but I'd be upset if I knew that other people are getting more for the same amount of work. It works out under £13ph..but I understand the perk of WFH, I am happy I am not paying to commute on this wage.
