      I've worked for The Scarlett Group for more than 3 years and the experience has been phenomenal. It has been an honor to be a part of a company who is always on the cutting edge of technologies related to Network Monitoring, Management, and Reporting. The negative reviews below must come from disgruntled employees who made no effort to grow technically with a company who only keeps the best of the best.

      Pros

      The amount of support within the company from different teams offer tremendous learning opportunity and support of professional growth. The company encourages and compensates you for professional certifications, encourages cross team communication, and promotes from within.

      Cons

      With such a large portfolio of customers, it needs work on its documentation and training of junior teams to be able to take on more tasks, freeing up the senior technicians to focus on larger problems which are very time consuming.
