- Pay is lower than market averages
- Strict micro-managers (managers watch what time you log-on daily, how long lunches are, badge swipe times monitored etc.)
- In-office 5x/week (no exceptions for being sick, snow storms, etc.)
- High Turnover (3 people left within my first month on a 14 person team)
- No room for growth (leads to the high turnover)
