Okay place to work - Communications Associate The Setting Employee Review

Although the team was small, the hours were able to go by because of the great people who worked there. I was able to gain good experience and actually worked on client requests.

I don't have any cons except that sometimes the days were slow, but that's to be expected.

Cool clients and hands on experience

Terrible management. Usually 1 or 2 full time employees who just graduated college who are managing the company while the 2 co-founders don’t lift a finger or understand what’s going on. Team is comprised of unpaid interns who are overworked for “experience”. Culture was uncomfortable with some rude outbursts and micro aggressions from one of the bosses. Imagine Devil Wears Prada but the bosses don’t have any experience or ethics. Runnn!
