      You pretty much have free reign to post and direct content as you see fit. The job isn't hard, just time consuming and boring.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime, inflated job titles, ridiculous hours (80+ a week), unrealistic expectations. Gossipy work environment. No budget to actually do your work appropriately.
