      Pros

      Great community of people. Real family feel and great rapport within the hourly staff. Flexible scheduling and room for advancement. Highly competitive compensation compared to like concepts.

      Cons

      There are inconsistencies in leadership. They “say” the value employee input, but never really see results or implementation of hourly employee concerns or criticisms. The tip system is convoluted at best.

      Very strong product that it is easy to stand behind as a manager Great spoken values that underline a desire to make people happy and create great hospitality experiences Chances for people to grow, learn, and develop

      Cons

      Operations focus takes away from the emotional health of the place Management can be hostile, mean, choose favorites. Not easy to see them as people who actually care about their employees.
