This company is a complete scam. They hire employees as they need them and get rid of them just as quick with no explanation. Unfortunately during my time there, I experienced racism and favouritism among staff. There was absolutely no training. The higher ups in the company decided to ignore staff members and treat them as an “other” because they spoke up against anything that was wrong. Multiple times I caught staff members on recordings and in person talking down about staff members. Unrealistic expectations were set and if they were not met or challenged in any way, you would be treated very cold by management. Candidates were discussed inappropriately multiple times.
They hire graduates with the promise of unlimited support and training however, they must stay for a minimum of 1/2 years or pay an extortionate reimbursement fee under a commitment clause. They take the cold calling and badgering approach when hiring graduates.
