Pros

Im a phd student in neuroscience and i applied for TSL internship where i got an immediate response asking for a phone interview. It turned out to be 15 minutes of general questions. This process was really straight forward and simple. A couple of days after i received an email for my second round of interviews. This time it was a 30 min online interview with the CEO of the company. The interview went pretty well since the interviewer made it super easy to communicate with. She asked me scientific questions and experimental solving. She also thoroughly explained the projects available for me to choose, and in those projects she explained every step of how much job as an intern would be. Amongst other interviews i had for other intern positions, this was the one i enjoyed the most since the CEO treated me super well, she showed me a deep human side and she taught me concepts i didn't know. I really enjoyed speaking with her. She offered me the job instantly and the starting date was a couple of months later. In between i got another personal project on board so i couldn't commit to join the TSL. I expressed this to the company and they totally understood it. I had other friends working for them and based on their experiences i would definitely recommend TSL to start a path in finance/consulting. After joining, the amount of experience and knowledge in the field let them transition to a full time position without major difficulties. Its great for when you are about to finish a degree in academia (Masters/PhD, etc) and you plan to switch to finance.

Cons

I honestly can not think about any cons at the moment
